I. Applicability
Applicable to commercial,
industrial, three-phase farm service, schools, churches, and other uses
requiring transformer capacity of less than 75 kVA, subject to
established rules of the Cooperative.II. Type Of Service

IV. Summer/Winter Definition
Summer rates shall apply on the first
monthly billing period ending after June 1 of each year and on the following
three successive billing periods. The winter rates shall apply to the
remaining eight monthly billing periods.
V. Minimum Charge
The minimum monthly charge for the
consumer shall be the highest one of the following:

The
minimum monthly charge specified in the contract for service.

The
facilities charge for the first 15 kVA of transformer capacity required
plus $1.25 per kVA for each additional kVA, or fraction thereof, in excess
of 15 kVA.
VI. Taxes
An amount equal to the taxes assessed
by any taxing authority, or agency of government for the sale or furnishing
of electric energy and/or service by the Cooperative to the consumer shall
be paid by the consumer to the Cooperative.
