KVA Minimum Upcharge
The minimum monthly charge for the consumer shall be the highest one of the following:
The minimum monthly charge specified in the contract for service.
The facilities charge for the first 15 kVA of transformer capacity required plus $1.25 per kVA for each additional kVA, or fraction thereof, in excess of 15 kVA.

Air Ambulance Service
